About Addyson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Left-handed hybrid setter/right side who runs the offense, scores efficiently in the front row, and leads with communication, energy, and a team-first mindset.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Team-first, vocal, and highly coachable: I strive to bring positive energy on and off the court through strong communication. I’m committed to continuous growth. I balance a 4.0 GPA with a disciplined training schedule. I’m always willing to learn, lead, and push myself to improve.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Honor Roll student (4.0 GPA), HOSA: Future Healthcare Professionals member, and double bass player in WCHS Advanced Orchestra. I take pride in balancing academics, music, and a disciplined training schedule while competing at a high level in volleyball.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed leadership, communication, and teamwork skills by being a vocal presence on the court and supporting my teammates in all situations. I take pride in leading by example, staying positive, and being someone my family, friends, and team can rely on. Balancing academics, orchestra, and training has also strengthened my discipline and time management.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that offers a strong academic program in the sciences to support my goal of pursuing dentistry, along with a competitive volleyball program where I can continue to grow and contribute. I value a supportive team culture, strong coaching, and a school that emphasizes both academics and athletics.
