About Madison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would say my gameplay style is strategic, efficient, and adaptive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a hard working athlete that has dedication towards the game and a team player who encourages those around me. I keep my energy up and bring a positive attitude to practice and games. I am focused and composed under pressure and I use my mistakes as learning experiences.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received a national juniors honors society award for 20+ hours of community service.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed the role of leadership and what means to be a leader as the current captain of my club team. I have learned what it means to be a good teammate and how to bring my teammates up.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced the mental side of volleyball and how to overcome my anxiety on the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that allows me to connect my personal academic goals ( marine biology/ veterinary science) and volleyball program with championship culture and pushes its players to excel on the court as well as in the classroom.

Madison has the hustle to carry her team through any rally from front to back. She is well versed in her skill sets which makes a huge difference for her team, even more for herself because it allows her to stay on the floor and play such a key role. As a setter she is a leader on the floor, she knows her teammates and spots the ball very well. She also displayed great skills on the right side and even outside.
