Class of 2027 Prospect Roulette for May

<p>As we wind down May, it's a good opportunity to get back to our Prospect Roulette for the Class of 2027.</p>   <p>Here's how it works. We take the 231 prospects ranked in our Class of 2027 and randomize the numbers. Whatever 10 numbers get selected, that's who we focus on.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>32. [player_tooltip player_id='442985' first='Josie' last='Seets'], OH Clarkston/Legacy</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">The 6'1” outside has the potential to take over a match and has been doing a better job at finding another level for her play. This fall will be a chance to show just how strong a hitter she can be. The ceiling seems quite high for Seets.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>60. [player_tooltip player_id='455952' first='Sofie' last='Williams'], OH Oakland Christian/Legacy</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A hard-working outside that brings a lot of explosiveness at the net, Williams has pushed herself to be one of the best hitters in Division 3/Division 4. She's got a lot of lift off the floor with quick arm mechanics and a great follow through.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>72. [player_tooltip player_id='454393' first='Ryley' last='Pastuschyn'], OH/DS Richmond/Michigan Elite</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Pastuschyn is a well-balanced player that can make a big difference in a defensive role or offensive role. She stays laser focused throughout a point, ready to come through with a big dig or an energizing kill for her team. Her energy and knack for making a big play make her a strong prospect.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>26. [player_tooltip player_id='490372' first='Piper' last='Cebulski'], S/RS GR Christian/FaR Out</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A 6'2” setter/hitter combo player, Cebulski brings a lot of intangibles to the floor that can't be taught. Her length gives her an edge amongst her peers, but she combines that with a high court IQ, excellent footwork, and top-level agility. Cebulski will be a big asset at the next level.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>183. [player_tooltip player_id='879321' first='Hayden' last='Fausze'], OH Bedford/Toledo VBC</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Fausze is a player to keep an eye on as she has been adding new layers to her game and seeing nice increases in production and opportunities. She's mixing up new shots and attacking at new angles to stay ahead of the defense. Along with that, her defensive instincts are improving as well.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>119. [player_tooltip player_id='490379' first='Sophia' last='Berger'], OH GRCC/MVA</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Berger brings good length to the net which she has been using to her advantage, making gains as a blocker in the last year. Her attacks are also improving, while there is still room for her to find another gear with her swing. The best from Berger is yet to come and should be on full display this fall.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>189. Emily Kushion, MB Lowell/FaR Out</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Kushion is a player that can get hot in a hurry, and is working toward being more consistent with her finishing rate. She stays active and ready at the net, which allows her to come through with some key hustle plays. That kind of effort will lead to better things for her in the next season.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>94. [player_tooltip player_id='523863' first='Willow' last='Mason'], MB/RS Saginaw Heritage/Michigan Elite</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Mason can put down a thunderous ball and really make opponents re-think trying to take her on defensively. She's got good footwork, shown by her ability to succeed in the middle or the right side. Her arm mechanics are fast and thorough, while her timing keeps improving each month.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>73. [player_tooltip player_id='513265' first='Anna' last='Overway'], OH Plainwell/Dead Frog</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A player that has improved each year and on the verge of a big 2026 fall season, Overway doesn't shy away from being in a lead role. She wants the ball, has the confidence to get the job done, and has the skillset to see it through.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>108. [player_tooltip player_id='523844' first='Irelynn' last='Sedore'], DS/OH Pennfield/FaR Out</strong></h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A strong all-around player, Sedore stands out as a defender with her quickness and consistent technique. She also has the athleticism to provide a strong swing at the net and fill in as an outside hitter.</p>    <p></p>
