About Dior

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a middle blocker who fell in love with volleyball five years ago. I thrive in competitive environments and push myself and my team to win. I love playing alongside my best friends, building strong team chemistry, and bringing energy to the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I bring energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset, and my goal is to continue developing my skills, stand out as a key contributor, and compete at the next level. I balance my competitive drive with strong sportsmanship and leadership. I work out multiple times a week to build strength and endurance, and regularly attend clinics to improve my explosiveness, timing, and overall performance.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

My leadership extends beyond athletics. Alongside several friends, I co-founded a nonprofit organization called Blanket Dreams, which provides blankets to children in foster care. Through this initiative, I have demonstrated compassion, initiative, and a deep commitment to serving others, qualities that reflect my character both on and off the court. I also received Principal Honor Roll awards.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership, teamwork, time management, responsibility, and, most importantly, community service, as I am also the Co-Founder of a non-profit for foster children.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

After breaking both of my ankles back-to-back a couple of years ago, I faced one of the biggest challenges of my career. That experience made me stronger mentally and physically, pushing me to stay disciplined and come back more determined than ever.
