Robert Birch covers high school and club volleyball across Central and South Arkansas for PrepDig Arkansas. A former college baseball player and coach with nearly three decades of coaching experience, Robert founded BDS Recruiting in 2024 after navigating the recruiting process with his stepdaughter and teammates. His evaluation philosophy emphasizes long-term projection, athleticism, volleyball IQ, competitiveness, and the traits that translate to the collegiate level.

In addition to his written coverage, Robert produces recruiting content, match analysis, interviews, and the BDS Arkansas Volleyball Podcast.
