Meinert never gives up on a play, and because of that pushes her teammates to work hard as well. She is fast to get to any ball. Her ability to read the hitter and move around the blockers, allows her to rank up numerous digs a set and put the ball in a position for her setter and hitters to make big plays. Meinert has outstanding ball control to keep rallies going. Her positivity propels the team forward.
