About Abby

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is scrappy but controlled, commanding the court by leading the back row defensively and spreading out the ball to utilize all by hitters.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am heavily involved in Student Government, starting in middle school. In 8th grade, I receive the Award for Outstanding Leadership through my role as a treasurer. I am also apart of many clubs such as Medical Club and Environmental Club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong qualities like leadership, but especially service from serving my community through volunteering though organizations and clubs I am apart of!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve faced the challenge of being torn between two positions (setter and libero) and having to choose which to play for my career, accompanied with a lot of stress from a completely new highschool coaching staff, as well as a new club year.
