Addison Lehman has embraced the idea that scoring is about creativity as much as power. She doesn’t measure success by how hard she hits the ball. She measures it by finding ways around blockers, using a variety of shots, and creating points when the obvious swing isn’t available. That offensive versatility has become a defining characteristic of her game and continues to separate her from many athletes her age.

As her offensive game expands, Lehman is equally committed to becoming a more dependable six-rotation player. Improving serve receive remains a major focus because she understands that complete pin hitters influence the match long before they take an attack. She also wants teammates to know they can rely on her leadership in the biggest moments. Whether she’s chasing down a difficult ball or finding a smart way to finish a rally, Lehman is building a game centered on effort, adaptability, and continual growth.

Addison is a 5’10” outside hitter in the 2029 class who has the frame that programs prioritize at the pin.  The evaluation question for June 24th is how efficiently she translates that length into attacking power and net presence against competition from around the country that she is unfamiliar with. We will be watching her approach timing against an unfamiliar block, the consistency of her arm swing mechanics under match pressure and how disciplined her platform looks in serve receive. This young lady plays both indoor and outdoor volleyball which will translate to great overall ball control and skills to play any position.  Because of her height, she will turn some heads for sure and we cannot wait to see her in action at the showcase.  

Addison is part of the Chargers’ talented young roster. At 5’9″, she plays on the outside and completed her first varsity season with an impressive 102 kills. Addison has all the tools needed to become a top pin hitter for the Chargers.
