About Addison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a 6‑rotation OH known for my consistency , court awareness, and ability to lead under pressure. I compete hard, stay positive, and play to win.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m an extremely social person who loves spending time with family and friends. I value the connections that sports and clubs create, and I thrive in environments where teammates support and push each other.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Hope College Leadership Conference (2024-female athlete selected to represent my freshman class) Presented Teacher of the Year Award (2026-selected from Student Leadership class to present) House Elite Training (2026) MVA Youth Volleyball Volunteer (2026) BoDocks Marina Bar and Grill (2026-job)

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over the past few years, I’ve grown into a stronger leader and a more intentional teammate. As the captain of my club volleyball team for two years, I’ve learned how much my demeanor influences the team’s energy, focus, and response in tough moments. I take pride in being a steady, positive presence—supporting my teammates, pushing them to improve and compete at a higher level.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Thankfully, I haven’t faced any major life‑altering challenges. The most impactful moments for me have been losing loved ones, including my grandparents and a great uncle who played an important role in my life. Those experiences have taught me the importance of staying connected to the people who matter most.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a strong sense of community, where I can build real connections, grow academically, and compete in a volleyball program that pushes me and my teammates to get better every day.
