About Addisyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I try to play strategically to insure that wherever I place the ball it’s the best spot.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a more shy or reserved personality, but I make up for it in my positive mindset and attitude, and my kind, thoughtful, passionate qualities.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

On top of volleyball I’m also involved in KEY club, Student Council, Band, and Choir. Plus I have gotten many 21st Century Skill awards recognizing my communication, and my work ethic and readiness.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over these past couple of years I have developed better teamwork, leadership, and community service by joining clubs (and sports) like student council, key club, and volleyball that help develops those qualities/ attributes.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

When I was 13 I faced the challenge of not being able to make a club team or achieve the position I wanted, but after much hard work and practice I was able to over come that and achieve a spot on a club team, a starting position for school ball, and the position I wanted.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking to play at a college that not only excels in academics, but also has the best benefits for both my volleyball career and my future career.
