Franz did everything she could in this game trying to keep Ursuline’s chances of victory alive. That included setting balls to hitters she might not have as much in the past because the Lions did not have one of their top hitters available because of injury. Franz always gives a great effort expected from senior leaders and that remained consistent in this game.

Franz brings great energy to the court. She sets her teammates up at high points above the net so they can put balls down. Franz tries to get a number of hitters involved, but does not hesitate to set up hot hitters. Franz reads defenses well.

Franz has a deceptively quick setter dump. She goes for it quick if she sees the opening. Franz also brings a lot to the table defensively consistently hustling after balls for the Lions. She does a great job reading hitters and quickly recovers to tipped balls.
