Taylor can really hit the ball. She snaps that wrist and the ball flies off of her hand! She’s listed at 6’1′ but seems deceptively taller. Has long arms and uses her whole body when she hits. Can hit it cross court on you, tooling the ball hard into your block, or just over you. Her ball seems heavy when hit, and that’s a good thing in volleyball. Hard to pass a ball that seems heavy and sinks.

A long and lean right side, Aislinn gave opposing attackers fits all day on the block, while hitting multiple angles regardless of who was setting her on Sunday. There’s still a bit of development needed there—her adjustment to sets inside the pin might require a little footwork practice—but the raw talent and athleticism is there. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she’s over six feet, and was one of the few non-middles that was over six feet in height. For now, her length is her strength, and her blocking ability will carry her to more collegiate attention in the near future.
