About Alexis

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

What are you working to improve right now?

My vertical jump is one of the skills I am good at, but I also know there is room for improvement. Increasing my vertical as an outside and right-side hitter is essential to grow as an attacker and blocker.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I am looking for a program that challenges me athletically and academically, while creating a supportive team environment that is built on trust and discipline.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

Outside of volleyball, coaches should know that I am a hardworking individual. I care a lot about people around me and enjoy doing volunteer work that help people in need. I am always looking for opportunities that will help me grow personally and academically. When I set a goal, I put in hard work and stay focused. When I face challenges, I stay determined and follow through until the end.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I plan to study medicine in college and I am looking for a program that will help me determine which medical specialty I want to choose. I am really interested in becoming either an orthodontist or an anesthesiologist.
