Schaefer was an important role player for Linn-Mar last season. She’s taken her game forward this club campaign by becoming more consistent. It should lead to her being given more responsibility for the Lions in 2025. Schaefer is strong in serve-receive, reading the ball well and getting in the proper position for delivering pin-point passes. Schaefer covers a lot of ground and makes good decisions playing off of her teammates. Linn-Mar is replacing a lot of production to graduation after last year, and Schaefer will be needed to keep the train running.
