Stanik has the ability to develop a live arm at the net and back row. One that she can get into good position to be able to drive the ball. With a bigger two-arm life, she will elevate higher and balanced, which will allow her to hit through a fuller range of the court more consistently. But, with the skills she’s developed, she can make an impact as a point scorer. As she continues to compete and hone her skills with Boss CLE , look for her impact to grow next fall high school season for her Highland squad.

Stanik will certainly be a primary arm for this team as she makes the move to compete for Boss CLE this club round. She has a fundamentally sound arm that she can control for range and to bring some aggressive pace. With a more prominent double-arm lift she can add to her elevation and balance in the air, which will increase her point scoring impact. She complements her offense around the court well with good all-around skills to make plays in other areas.

As a pin hitter, Stanik (*pictured) has gamer qualities. This includes a well-rounded skill set to be able to contribute in a variety of ways. Her offensive tools on the left side include good power when on time and tempo as well as ability to control the ball to swing with good range at the edges of the block or through space. With a crop of seniors graduating from the Highland (Medina) program, look for Stanik to assume a role that can help them continue their success this next fall.
