Seymour is helping the Wildcats turn corners with her net play. She takes hard swings on ones and puts them to different zones on the court and mixes in tips to keep opponents guessing. Seymour also times up hitters nicely to make sound blocks. Her aggressive play helps her get touches on balls to slow them down for back row players.

Seymour has the size to make a difference at the net. She does a good job mixing in hard and soft hits. Seymour is especially tough on ones, consistently depositing them all over the court. Seymour also has good technique on her blocking.

Seymour does a great job sending balls to all six zones on ones to make defensive specialists move. Seymour can pound balls to the back row on one play then tip balls on the next one. Seymour is also a sound one-on-one blocker combining her size and athleticism to create a sound vertical jump. Seymour had 147 kills and 47 solo blocks for the Cats in the fall.
