About Andrea

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I try my best to do my part by keeping balls alive, keeping the energy levels high, being loud and calling what I see. I also love to play scrappy and go for every ball no matter the possibility of the outcome.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mindset on the court and off is to always lift others up and not drag them down. Mistakes happen and we can not change the past, it’s a lesson learned and use that moving forward. I love to train to get better, even when it gets extremely challenging and tiring its an amazing feeling knowing it will pay off.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

The sport of volleyball has helped me develop skills that I don’t just use on the court but also in my everyday life. I ask questions and say things that other people may be to shy to. I am very inclusive and am a leader. I support everyone and believe in them and their goals.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am searching for a Division 1 or Division 2 school where I can find a great academic program and as well work towards my athletic career with supportive teammates.
