About Ariele

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Scrappy, clever, savvy, strategic, athletic, with excellent anticipation, High IQ player. Consistently one of the Top 25 Ace servers in the State of Florida and Top 5 SA% by MaxPreps Leaderboard Stat Leaders.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm extremely competitive, my fear of losing trump's my love of winning, that's what drives me. I'm a very supportive teammate, humble and always trying to find different ways to improve my game. Most importantly I strive to make everyone around me better regardless of the situation that presents itself. I'm charismatic, warm and genuine. Mentality, more reps at my craft, I win, you lose.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I volunteer for Friendship Circle - an organization that provides friendship and acceptance to those with special needs in the community.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I'm a natural born leader or leads by example. I'm a middle child surrounded by a younger brother and an older brother. That's not easy sometimes, I'm able to embrace being in the middle and act as a mediator, peace-maker or bringing everyone together regardless of sibling rivalries. I've learned to de-escalate in these situations and exude calmness, strength and confidence.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I'm 14 years old currently, and we've moved 3x already. Having to land in a different community where nobody knows you and make friends and prove yourself and earn credibility isn't for everyone. I've managed and navigated this challenge exceptionally well no matter where I am. I'm also dyslexic, which was challenging early on, but I've overcome it by learning different and creative technique's

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college setting that is full of opportunity, a level playing field where I can continue to prove and challenge myself.
