About Ashlyn
Expert Analysis
Michelle Bamford | Prep Dig Scout
Ashlyn is expanding how she scores by adding variation and forcing defenders to adjust.
I started using my toolbox… roll shots and tips to smart areas of the court… to keep them on their toes.
That willingness to change speeds and use different options allows her to stay effective when the block and defense take away her first look.
Her growth also shows in how she communicates and lifts her team.
My coaches told me to make my presence known… I’ve found ways to help my team and provide motivation.
Off the court, she emphasizes accountability and self-awareness, holding herself responsible for her role in every play.
Her path includes Summer Soirée and an additional championship tournament, where her ability to vary her scoring will continue to evolve.
