About Aubrey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a confident and disciplined setter with exceptional technical skills and a high volleyball IQ. I excel at precise ball placement, quick decision-making, and running a fast-paced offense that keeps opponents on their heels. My strong footwork, consistent hands, and ability to read the court allow me to deliver accurate sets in any situation. I prioritize building strong setter-hitter connection

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a setter, I thrive in high-pressure situations, with quick decision-making, precise ball placement, and a deep understanding of the game. I excel at running a dynamic offense and building strong connections with my hitters. Leadership is key to my success—I’m a vocal, supportive captain who values team culture and creating a family-like environment on and off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

National Junior Honor Society Student Council

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Made Varsity as a freshman and team captain sophomore year. Attend a Title I school where club volleyball isn't affordable to most. I assist with middle school camps and referee youth leagues at DIG volleyball.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Play for a 6A HS program in a Title I district. Only a handful of players play club ball. I have learned to accept many losses and control what I can control - myself and the way I play and lead. Helped our team make playoffs for the first time in 27 years.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for a program where the culture has a family feel and I can make the biggest impact. Need high academics as I plan to go to law school after college.
