Autumn ran her offense at the Up Next Dallas Showcase with a poise that made the fact that she is only in seventh grade easy to forget. Her tempo calls showed genuine variety. She went quick when the block was slow and held the ball when she needed to keep the defense guessing and those are concepts that take some setters years to internalize. Her footwork was efficient and she squared up before release consistently. The composure she showed when passes were not where she wanted them was the quality that stood out most to court coaches who spent the day watching the setter position.
