Krause has been a staple part of the varsity Cherokee Trail program her entire career, but in her junior and senior year, she has firmly asserted herself as the starting setter for the Cougars. With 239 assists this 2025 season her offense has Cherokee Trail hitting at a .171 hitting percentage, a bit above the national average. Despite being undersized, Krause stands her ground at the net, plays stellar defense, and is a force at the service line. Krause is one of the best all around setters in the state and there’s a reason she is a captain of this Cougar team.
