How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Grit, athletic, perseverance, never give up

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have fun every time I step on the court while also taking volleyball seriously and prioritizing it along with my academics. I strive to be the best I can be and always working to improve. I am coachable, likeable and show leadership among my peers.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I can be hard on myself sometimes. During junior high I struggled with confidence issues and didn't believe in myself. I lost playing time because of it but that helped me learn to have a short memory, understand that volleyball is a game of mistakes and everyone makes them. I started to believe in myself and gained confidence and was able to turn things around and played varsity my freshman year.

Allen was a bright spot for Napolean as she provided 13.1 d/m as her sophomore season was an opportunity for her to assert her ball control and defensive skills. A second team all-league selection, she picked up 288 total digs. She uses her quickness and platform skills well to pursue the ball and dig with purpose, creating transition opportunities for her team. We look forward to seeing her compete this club season as she is set to make an impact for Premier Academy 16 Fuji starting early January.
