From a positional standpoint, Baylor is elite in first contact—she consistently controls serve receive with clean platform angles, absorbs pace with balance, and delivers hittable balls that allow the offense to stay in system. Defensively, she reads attackers early, anticipates off the setter’s release, and covers an exceptional amount of court with efficient footwork and explosive first steps.

Her production backs up the eye test. Baylor has already surpassed 1,000 career digs and broken her school’s digs record, a testament to both her durability and consistency. She has earned national recognition through selection to the UA Next Series, the AVCA Program, and the NCR Regional Team Development Program, validating her game against elite competition.
