With the graduation of the top four digs leaders, Flener may be asked to pick things up to fill in some big roles for the Eagles. Flener does a good job getting in sound position for the Eagles. She reacts quickly to dig up balls and keep plays alive, aligning up well with her blockers. Flener also does a good job protecting at the net on blocked balls. Flener had 183 digs this past fall, helping Ohio County win 20 games and make it back to the 3rd Region Tournament.
