How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I would say that I play at a fast pace. I can hit at many different angles and read the blocks in-front of me. My block is up and wide to reach many balls. I can spot serve with and float serve.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am a very outgoing and cheerful person. I am always cheering on my teammates and getting excited for everything. I can be focused while having fun. I am also coach able and am always trying to get better.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am involved in FBLA and serve as the class representative.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have developed many different skills like leadership, teamwork, and I also do many different types of community service. I have developed my leadership skills on and off the court. I am always guiding and encouraging my teammates and classmates. I am able to work with many different people and can get along with everyone. In FBLA community service is a major part of it.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
During my freshman year of basketball I got injured and had to sit out 5 weeks. During this time I continued to better myself off the court. While sitting out I found ways to encourage my teammates and help them compete.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college that helps in their community’s and has a large fan base.
