How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I always play with a lot of energy and positivity, it's important to me to always have fun during a game and keep the energy up whether your losing or winning and have positivity always because it could lift your team up and can change the outcome of the game.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm a very energetic person and if you ask anyone around me they'll say it's like I have caffeine running through my blood. I always bring the energy to everything whether it's a simple stretching warm up or an high energy scrimmage, having energy fuels me and I see it fuel other people too!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I'm involved in the DECA program at our school sadly I couldn't participate in the competition this year due to volleyball tournaments, but I'm still very active in it and I also will be doing National Honors Society, I did it in middle school but I'm not eligible again until I'm a junior.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed my leadership a lot, mostly because in prior experiences I never had a leaders it was just a bunch of individuals who didn't know what to do. So no matter where I am, or who's around I'm always a leader because I don't want to be the person that depends on other people to lead, I want to be the person they depend on.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My volleyball journey has been quite difficult I even wanted to quit at the end of my last club season. My first year of club I faced problems such as racism among my teammates and coaches who would turn a blind eye to that. My main problem has always been coaches and teammates having doubt in me. I was spoken at very negatively & treated with disrespect & it gave me very bad mental health issues.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a big school, somewhere maybe in Texas, I don't want to be overseas, but I'm fine with being far. I want the school to have a good Pre-Law or Pre-Med program and be in a nice area. My top 2 pick right now is The University of Hawaii & LSU , my parents alma mater.
