About Brooke

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a Fierce Libero/Ds who communicates where I am, what seems I have, and what the setter needs. I’m aggressive and go after everything I can! I like to move fast and keep up with the game. I’m always on my feet and able to make a play even against a hitter who hits 10FT, or a setter who dumps when she can. I try my best all the time and bring the energy, the aggressiveness, and the connection!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a Libero who cheers for her team, lets my teammates know what I’m doing and when, and I always love to cheer anyone up. I love being loud and happy for anyone on the court. I have the mentality that every ball is touchable. Getting a touch on every ball is my goal for every game, even against a tall frontrow!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am included in helping out at Senior homes, volunteering for my family church, and involved in organizing youth Sundays for my organization! Some of my non-sport awards are being awarded a letter award for being the most academic student for my graduate year! I have a 4.0 GPA and was awarded because I always stay onto of my work!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership, teamwork and communication skills! I am co -team captain for my club team! I have been awarded this by being loud, aggressive and respectful to my treated. I also have great teamwork skills. Every day I love to work as a group with anyone I can find. I always include people in anything I can do because working together is the greatest strength!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have. In January of 2026, I had a knee injury from serving and landing badly. For 3 weeks, I had to navigate crutches and falling behind. Since my school is Student-Athlete based, all the working out and lifting I missed. I had to overcome my injury and realize I can help out in others ways for my team like cheering them on and supporting them.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that has structure and foundation . I’m also looking for a college that has great academics but also great social life. I love warm weather and to be able to be near the beach and city life at the same time! I love wide-varieties so really just that.
