About Brooklyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a strong hitter who can put the ball away and hit around the block. I feel I have a strong volleyball IQ as I can read the opposing team and know where to place the ball. I play all the way around and I feel I’m a very focused player who wants to win. I have a consistent jump serve but will adjust if need be.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a focused player who strongly feels to keep your focus in the game. I bring a lot of energy for my team and enjoy watching my team/teammates succeed. I have a fun personality and love building relationships on and off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

ND Elite out of Fargo, ND. I’ve received student of the month but as of right now I’m only an 8th grader and haven’t had a lot of opportunities to receive awards outside of sports .

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’m a leader in the classroom, community, basketball and volleyball. When I do something I put forth a 110% and always put extra time in to succeed in both school and sports. I’m in student council, band and choir.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m only in 8th grade and the one thing I know right now is that I want play volleyball after high school.

This month, monitor her closing speed and first-step explosiveness laterally. With continued refinement, she has the tools to control the middle third of the court consistently.
