This powerhouse squad knows how to spread the wealth in the frontcourt, but Helms also has takeover potential when it’s needed most. Helms and her high school squad came together during this year’s club season for a special spring with Lightning 17-1. That experience is quickly translating to the prep stage.

The Columbus-area squad used a unique combination of different classes to form its lineup, and Helms moved up one age group from the Class of 2027. This could set the foundation for a postseason push in the fall season.
