Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I am all about reading the game, setting up smart plays, and then executing with precision and speed. When sitting in serve receive, I want every ball to come to me so I can guarantee a perfect pass. I shine when it comes to making those crucial decisions on the fly and keeping the energy high on the court. Plus, my teammates really appreciate my ability to balance.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
My mentality would be focused on teamwork, strategy, and adaptability. I’d aim to stay positive and supportive, always ready to communicate and coordinate with my teammates. I’m always quick to adapt to the flow of the game, making strategic decisions while staying agile and ready for action.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I have played at 3 clubs which include EVA, BCVC, and RHVC which is where I am currently playing at right now! I have been involved with BETA and am currently in Key Club. I have been apart of Honor Roll since 2019 and continuing with all A’s and B’s
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have great leadership and teamwork skills, especially because of how active I am with volleyball. I have learned how to communicate effectively, motivate others, and work together towards a common goal not only for me but as well as my teammates.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
In 2022, my dad had passed away. It has made the past 2 years very tough, but it has done nothing but make me work harder. My dad was my biggest supporter and me not seeing him in the stands supporting me anymore breaks my heart.
What type of college are you looking for?
I want a college with not only a good athletic program, but as well as academic. A Strong athletics program is anlways great, but, education is also important for me especially with me wanting to further my career through nursing. I want a college that offers good programs and great community service opportunities.
