About Camry

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to be tactic and well calculated, I like to challenge my opponent and use tricks to throw people off as well as being versatile and my quickness.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Mentality wise I like to think of myself as new beginning for people to see and want in there team, pushing myself to my limits and ensuring that I will always be on my A game as well as with my attitude. My personality I feel I’m very quiet and I like to discern people in volleyball, and I would say I’m fun to be around and calm in mainly any situation.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

So, currently I’m in the process of moving to Utah, so hopefully by July I’ll be out of Florida and we’ll be going up to Utah for me to play Skyridge High school volleyball, and playing for Club V volleyball.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I developed leadership in a way of encouragement and lifting spirits even when everyone’s down, teamwork I work with my team as in communication such as; asking how they want to be set up for a kill, how they feel if I do such and such, etc. Community service, I can be very good at helping in many ways such as skill wise, and mentality.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Maybe mentally, I feel going to prospect camps I’m not intimidated, but I get very upset at the fact of being younger and people looking at me rudely, for when I set them up wrong. Yes trial and error, but I feel we all have a wrong pass, set, or spike. And when people treat me differently as a person or teammate I feel I get a tad upset. As well as the coaches or college coaches doing the same.

What type of college are you looking for?

A D1 College, not just for volleyball, but a versatile college that provides a good campus, classes, people, the culture, and the environment. Especially as a young athlete and a future double major for nursing and business.
