Freed really impressed me when I saw her operating on the Wahlert Catholic squad at the Live Like Line Tournament in early September of 2025. The junior stands out as a two-way middle that is almost as likely to end a point with a block as she is with her attack. Freed led the Golden Hawks with 52.0 blocks through her outfit’s first 19 matches of the year and ranked third with 74 kills. Freed is an explosive athlete that jumps well and is technically sound, particularly on the block. She’s a prospect that should be in the radar for plenty of college programs.
