Hoegh has been the top setter in Class 1A where she is so smooth with her footwork and hands. She plays club for Kairos Elite out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she will continue her career, heading to Augustana. Augustana is part of the Northern Sun Conference, one of the top D2 conferences in the country. Hoegh will look to finish her highs school career back at the state tournament where last season the Comets were in the Class 1A Final Four. One of the top attackers returning for their team is Clara’s younger sister in Elsie Hoegh Elsie Hoegh 5'9" | OH/S Boyden-Hull | 2027 State IA from the Class of 2027.

Hoegh has a way of flying under the radar, but at the same time, able to make everyone around her better. I’ve only seen her in a 6’2 with Olivia Wagner Olivia Wagner 6'0" | S Lakeville South | 2025 State MN . When she is in, she makes sure her presence is known by making some big defensive plays. When the first ball doesn’t come her way, she settles in nicely to her assisting role and puts up droolworthy sets.
