About Courtney

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have been told that I have good volleyball IQ. I am constantly working to improve by getting faster and stronger with each level of game play. I take the instruction and corrections from my coaches and I prove upon them.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I tend to be more of a homebody. I am open to meeting new people and stepping into a leadership roll if needed.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

a member of DECA(distributive education clubs of America) National Honor Society

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Talking more and being vocal. Helping teammates that may not know where to be on the court. Also trying to answer any questions that a teenager may have.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I will be starting a new journey by attending IMG Academy and leaving my family, friends and teammates starting Jan 2025

What type of college are you looking for?

Where I can major in business as well as play volleyball. Be a part of a team that makes you feel like family. Initially I would like to stay in the Southern Region. However I am open to a school that is a good fit for me and my volleyball skills.
