When I saw Haderman commit to Northern Iowa, I couldn’t help but think how much sense this makes. Haferman is the type of player UNI has taken and molded into All Conference and even All American type of athletes. She has plenty of length where she can attack from either pin and from the backrow. Being at Illini Elite , she has the all around fundamental base that allows her to serve receive, defend, block, and score points. She was one the other side of the net that others had to game plan against. She made quite the combo with Carly Dawson Carly Dawson 6'0" | OH Washington Community | 2027 State IL on the 16 Cardinal squad where this team will be sure to have more commits coming their way.
