Eiley is a consistent force as a setter. She has a lot of hustle and can make great, clean plays even when on the move. She has a lot of upsides as an athlete including her consistent play throughout matches and tournaments. This is much easier said than done, but when I saw her playing early in the Champions Cup and then late on day 2, she was consistently delivering great sets, putting in competitive serves, and picking up solid defensive plays throughout.
