About Elizabeth

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Athletic libero who loves volleyball and loves to compete. Father played D1 basketball, mother played D1 volleyball. Sister Whitney Bower is a setter in the PVF (Atlanta Vibe) and is an assistant coach at University of Utah. Sister Eden plays OH at Auburn University. Sister Alex was All-Big 12 Freshman team at BYU.

I believe in being a good teammate and helping to build good teammates. I also believe in winning.

Growing up in a family with six sisters present many challenges!

What an athlete.  Elizabeth Bower is the libero for Idaho Crush 17 Bower who plays with such maturity.  The Louisville commit plays with poise, control, and a quiet intensity that raises up others around her on the court.  She has a quiet platform where she makes the setters getting to the ball relatively easy.  If there is an errant first touch, she brings calm to the chaos on the second touch that allows her attackers to swing away.  Crush came out on the wrong end of a three way tie going 2-1 on Saturday.  They may not have come away with a bid, but they have the pieces in place to have a big 2026 season.

Another high level libero to watch this weekend would be Elizabeth Bower of Idaho Crush 17 Bower.  There have been plenty of Bower’s who have gone though the Idado Crush program and Elzabeth is the next in line.  She gave her verbal commit to play for Louisville this summer.  Aside from her libero ability, her athleticism is top notch.  She could pick any sport or position and find a way to be one of the best. Her energy and intensity will raise the level of play for her squad who always seems to be a day three gold contender.
