Grimes (*pictured) is elite. She was added to the top 18U team for Elevation this season and is filling a void at the pins with big impact. As a beach commit to Texas, her all-around tools provide so much for this team as she has exceptional ball control and defensive presence while also able to elevate with ease and then hammer the ball. She can score from either side of the floor and when she finds open space she is highly terminal with big pace. Her effort at the OVR 18s bid event help guide this team to the title. It will be fun to see how she and this group compete this weekend at MEQ as they open play in 18 Open as the second team in Pool A across from the top-seeded team in the event.
