How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I can be a pretty scrappy player, but when it comes to court awareness I can usually place a ball in good or smart spots. I also am a huge motivator on and off the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love challenges and when I get pushed to be better, because I love to strive to be better and I always have something to improve on and love getting feedback and comments to help me.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Link Crew, Hispanic Youth Leadership Club, Love Modesto, Every 15 Program, Foothill Horizon Counselor, JOHO 4 CHANGE, ASB

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned leadership skills especially during volleyball, but more so during the clubs and activities i’m apart of I have learned how to be able to help and guide people that might need help or need that extra push.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge that I face is my ability to appreciate my skill level. I always criticize and overlook my ability to play volleyball. I compare myself to many different people and think that I can never be that, but I have started to learn how to change that and a flip it to where I can look at a girl playing volleyball and motivate myself to get to that level of skill and push myself.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m not very particular about any colleges, but I would love a college where I am able to start my Firefighting or Paramedic Career, whilst being able to play volleyball.
