Lancaster (pictured) is a smart hitter at both the pins and the middle. She reads blockers and places balls off their hands and down or taps balls over and to their sides for soft kills. Lancaster also does a nice job on double blocks. Lancaster had 236 kills, 38 assisted blocks and 13 solo blocks for the Maroons this past fall, helping them go 24-12, win the 47th District for the third straight year and make it to the 12th Region semifinals.
