About Elle

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

I think one of my biggest strengths is coachability. Learning and applying what my coaches tell me to do, on and off the court, has helped me a lot during games under pressure.

What are you working to improve right now?

Improving my strength and agility to become faster and taking up more of the court.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I want to go somewhere close enough that my parents can come to my matches, because they've been at everything and I want that to keep going. I'm planning to be an anesthesiologist, so I'm looking for a school with a strong pre-med program and a coach who supports players in tough majors. I want to actually play, not just be on the roster. I'm still figuring out the rest.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

I have a 4.0 GPA and I'm also part of ASB, where I help plan and run school events. I like being one of the people who makes things happen instead of just showing up. Outside of school, my family likes to go camping and fishing a lot, it's my favorite way to spend a weekend.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I want to be an anesthesiologist. I like that anesthesiology is a job where I have to stay calm and pay close attention to one thing at a time. I know it's a long path and I might change my mind, but right now I'm keeping my grades where they need to be to.
