The “Schubert” name has been a constant in the Quad Cities where Ellie is the third Schubert sister to have plenty of success at Davenport Assumption. She has won a state title for the Knights and has always finished her season at the state tournament. She knows how to run an offense, keeping her hands high and neutral, where she makes it tough for the other side of the net to read her sets. She also has a really nasty serve and a savvy about her game where she knows how to find the right matchup for her attacker or when to take it herself. She plays for Iowa Select and will be fun to see where she ends up at the next level.
