With a steady effort her first three seasons for Kirtland, Spencer (*pictured) has assumed a primary role as a reliable point scorer. Increasing her effort each season, her career best 3.7 k/s in 2025 is certain to be eclipsed given her experience and athleticism. At 5’6, she approaches with good momentum and can create big force on the ball at the point of contact. A complete pin, she also averaged a career high 12.7 d/m last fall.

Spencer led Kirtland’s offense with a career best varsity season in 2025. The Hornets finished 17-8 overall as she terminated 318 kills for a 3.7 k/s average. At 5’6, she can bring good range of action at the net with her arm. With six-rotation tools, she provided 12.7 d/m this past fall as well.
