How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a libero my goal is to be as quick on my feet as I can be. I try to pick up every ball I can and am not afraid to chase a ball anywhere around the court whether it’s going to the bleachers or running into another court, I try my best to get the ball up. I’m big on communicating and if I make mistakes I don’t let them get to me so I move onto the next play to correct myself.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a pretty bubbly and fun personality. I love being around people and socializing. I do enjoy having time to myself but I’m happiest when I am with my teammates. I try my best to just have fun on the court but I’m not afraid to let my competitive side show. If I put everything out there that I can with 110% effort then I know I’m doing the best I can and it’ll show because I want to be seen.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I love being a leader and when I’m at volleyball or at school I’m always trying to make sure everyone is happy and if someone asks for help I do the best I can to help them.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The most significant challenge I’ve faced was tearing my ACL and meniscus during my 14s club season. I went through a 10 month recovery and was lucky to be cleared right before my 15s season but it took a lot of hard work and effort. I was constantly going to physical therapy but always made sure to keep my mentality at getting healthy so I can be back at volleyball because I still loved it.

What type of college are you looking for?

My dream college would be to go to a big school that is D2 or D1 though I’m extremely open to anything. I don’t have a specific major in mind but I love working with people and little kids. Playing volleyball in college is my goal and I really want to go have fun and be able to show everything I’ve worked towards.
