Emma is a versatile volleyball player, excelling as both a Middle and Outside hitter for Wisconsin Elite. She is a true team player, known for her leadership, proactive approach to feedback, and constant drive to improve. Emma's keen awareness and decision-making skills make for smarter plays and game-altering results.

Emma embodies a smart and collaborative mentality, always willing to go the extra mile to improve her skills. Emma's dedication and willingness to learn set her apart, whether it's doing an extra set of reps, organizing pick-up games, or pushing herself by playing with older players. Her drive and proactive approach make her a valuable teammate on and off the court.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Emma has developed strong leadership skills, becoming a key figure on her volleyball team. She is highly collaborative, always putting the team's success first, and is known for her proactive approach to improvement. Emma's commitment to teamwork and constant growth makes her an invaluable asset to any group she is part of. Emma also prioritizes the bond between her and her teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In the sport of volleyball, I have had difficulty setting too high standards for myself. However, I have constantly been improving by setting reasonable goals learning from my experiences and mistakes.
