About Evelyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a very energetic player, I am very loud on the court, and I go for every ball no matter what.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a next point mentality and I try to keep my personality on the court as happy as possible because that is when my team thrives.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am on the board for our ski and snowboarding club, and we just went on a trip. I am also a part of Red Cross club, women in medicine, and mediclub.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have been captain on volleyball for many years and have learned that being a leader is not just leading by example but it is also uplifting the people around you. I also participate in lots of community service as well as helped in my church and that has taught me to be grateful for the opportunities that I am given because not everyone is as fortunate.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have been dealing will consistent different injuries due to playing 3 sports and overworking my body. But I have also been working through some mental challenges in school while trying to keep up my GPA.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for any college with an amazing team not just good at volleyball but also some amazing people to make lifelong friends. I also care a lot about academics so that is also something that will factor in.
