About Farrah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a six-rotation outside hitter who competes with energy and consistency. I attack with power and smart shot selection, while being reliable in serve receive and defense. I stay composed under pressure, work hard to improve, and strive to be a dependable leader and teammate.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I play with determination and a positive mindset, always giving my best effort for my team. I stay composed under pressure and see challenges as opportunities to grow. I'm competitive and hardworking, but also supportive, encouraging, and motivated to bring out the best in both myself and my teammates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am actively involved in my church youth program and am currently in my second year of Confirmation, with plans to be confirmed in May 2026. I recently transferred to my hometown high school and am looking forward to exploring a variety of clubs and activities that align with my academic and personal goals.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

After my sister had a seizure in March 2025 and was diagnosed with a congenital brain malformation, my perspective on life changed. Although I had scholarship opportunities and recruitment offers, I chose to return to my hometown high school to play alongside her during her senior year, reflecting my commitment to family and teamwork.

Right now, I’m most proud of my efficiency as an outside hitter. I’ve really focused on making smart, high-percentage swings and scoring even when I’m not getting a lot of sets.
