Miss Weikle is currently an unranked prospect in the 2029 class according to our Texas State Rankings but that is only because we have not released them yet. She plays volleyball at Boerne Champion High School and also for the Alamo volleyball club. It was very nice to have a player travel from the central Texas area and compete with some of the amazing players that operate in the North Texas region. Finley stepped up to the plate and was not afraid to mix it up with players she didn’t know. I loved how confident she was and she proved that she can ball on the left side. Her overall ball control and elite attacking ability were on full display on the top court. When you watch her play, you see a youngster who is wise beyond her years and showcases a very high volleyball IQ. She sees the block in front of her very well with great court vision and attacks it appropriately with each scenario that presents itself. She moved her shots around and swung with power when she needed to. I witnessed a true six-rotation outside hitter prove that she belongs in the discussion of top players in the 2029 grad class.
