Schulte has a strong arm and puts pace behind the ball. Her quick approach and high snap allow her to work around the opposing defense and block. She catches her opponents still moving at the time of contact making it harder for them to make a play. Schulte uses the block to score points by hitting it high and off their fingers allowing little chance for recovery. Her approach to the ball allows her to have many locations to swing, tip, or throw to. She is always ready to cover her hitters and make the next play. Schulte is an all-around tremendous player.
